What I ate was great except their seafood stuff. Who batters and fries shell on crabs?! The waitress was AMAZING! 20 tables on one side. They weren’t seating the other side. BY HER SELF AFTER CHURCH SUNDAY No waiting, bussed her own tables, cleaned table and floors and still was an great waitress. That huge framed lit up city scape art that sounds like a fire alarm along with OLD, never updated seating with some material just thrown over them really ruins the atmosphere. Especially the city scape art.

I drive over an hour to get to this restaurant and it started being a hit or miss. I went in on 8-16-23 and it was really good. I hope they keep up the consistency because I don’t like to waste my money. Thanks.

Honestly, where to start. I brought my mother here to have a nice family day out. We should have turned around when in the restaurant and saw how little they had. We decided to tough it out but oh my god was it disgusting. The noodles where not loi mein the egg rolls where dry and undercooked and my coconut shrimp tasted as if it has been left out over night. And the worst part is if u “waste your food” you pay extra but no wonder people are wasting there food when it tastes like that. Run don’t walk away from here

The time of day we went, we had a lot of empty choices. They were not cooking anymore so waited for new food options. It all tasted very good and the sweet waitress always very attentive.

Wow where to begin, the lo mein was made with thin spaghetti, not with lo mein noodles. The sour and spicy soup has been put out so much that it is starting to gel while hot, that means the water is evaporating from it. I tried the honey chicken, well they fried it after the fish and now the chicken taste like fish. The chicken on a stick was good, the mushrooms, and green beans, are ok to eat also. I ordered unsweet tea and got sweetened tea three times till I just got water instead. My money was refunded for the tea, you do have to pay first, it makes you wonder why?

I don’t know IF there WAS owner change or what BUT things HAVE changed NOT for the better. #1 – most obvious IF you have been a long time customer. You NOW pay BEFORE you eat instead of on the way out. They USE to BE busier than they are now. So THAT says MANY people HAVE a issue with the restaurant. MY best guess IS they ARE TOO HIGH PRICED. Their LUNCH price is $15.71 .. .. THEIR COMPETITOR offers LESS expensive OPTIONS. EVEN though we’re talking $5 or less, MOST people in Pike County CAN’T & won’t pay this price WHEN there ARE SEVERAL places you CAN get a FILLING Chinese meal for UNDER $10.

Food is hit or miss on any given day. We go in to eat and instead of opening up another section, they put us together at a table with an amazing couple! But I’m sure the other couple really didn’t plan on sharing a table with us.
