I had lunch here on 6/27/23. I have to say this store is failing in everything that made them worth going to. The service was cold, borderline rude. The food was a mess… wth… ppl eat in their cars. If you look at the pic I posted you’ll some of the handful of trash they put in the bag. That was gross and sticky. Zero quality control… super disappointed.

Stale tortilla, sour cream instead of bold sauce, they put CHEESE on the hamburger that we said no cheese please and then gave us a hamburger with cheese that they took off leaving cheese residue on the meat and bread. My son can’t eat the meal. Thanks for your customer obsession. Going the extra mile to make sure the order is correct. The food looks like a child made it. The only thing that … nope they didn’t give us sauce or napkins … no receipt either so when we went back inside to get the order fixed they refused because I couldn’t give them a receipt even though we just went through the drive thru. I will not come back here.

This area likes to cheat their drive thru timer by asking you to back up/gas. They will not hand you your food unless you do that. It’s disingenuous and it really gave a burden on me. Will not come back. Fries also didn’t have salt

Currently in line at Del Taco. It’s 7:48 on 07/30/23 and I am the only one in line. I ordered the Fiesta pack. I was advised by the window attendant that I need to back my car up a few inches in the drive thru because the food wasn’t ready and she wanted us to wait behind the line. I thought this was very unprofessional. If they are timed..why is it my job to back up while they prepare the food. Very unsatisfied with that service.

I used to like going to this del taco. I’ve noticed for a while now that they are hiring young ones who don’t do their job. All they do is stand around, talk, and laugh with each other. Making customers wait for about 5 minutes just to take an order. I also noticed I never see a manager around, so that’s why this place is slacking with amateurs and immature people.

Been going to this del taco for years never had a issue until today went to the drive thru ordered my kids food and said “that’s it” I then realized that I forgot to order food for my wife and tried ordering at the intercom but nobody was there to add on to the order (I was sitting there for 3-4 mins trying to get someone’s attention) decided to go to the window and ask them to add on to the order but was rudely told you can’t add to the order once at the window explained the situation and was told you can’t add to the order at the window you lost a loyal customer del taco I was really disappointed in that answer and decided to just not give my hard earned money to the rude lady and said “that’s okay, have a wonderful day”

Horrible service that went along with the horrible quality of the food. They had no hot sauce as well. I ordered my tacos Del Taco style. They didnt come with any of the extras that you pay for. When I asked for my refund. I was told to come back the following day. To top it off, all the taco shells were old and broken in half.
