So this was my first time at this location. And I came like 30 mins before they closed. I ordered a 3 piece only for $5. The chicken was overkill greasy. Grease coated my entire hand & it was dripping off the chicken like there was no tomorrow. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guy at the window was a sweetheart and my breast that I had was really good and not greasy at all. But my leg and thigh pieces…I was better off drinking a bottle of canola oil straight out the bottle. It was that greasy

Waited 30 minutes for 2 Chicken Finger meals. In the last 15 minutes of waiting, I was the only person who ordered that hadn’t gotten their food. 20 minutes here comes the food but only 1 meal, 30 minutes waited 2nd meal comes. Everybody knows you can see everything being done at Church’s so I watched and I saw that the food he had to put in a box could’ve come with the 1st meal. Long story shorter, no chicken was dropped fresh, so why the wait? And tbh the only fresh food they served me were the biscuits. Everything else, fries, okra, and chicken were all dried out. They wasted my time. I hated to feed that to my kids.

Don’t ever go there! 40 minutes for a 12 piece mixed and 5 tenders. And they will cop an attitude if you ask why it’s taking so long. They will then say there’s no refund. Which is not posted in the drive thru. Just horrible service. 5 people and no one has any customer service experience.

Eat here and die, most likely. I don’t mean die now. I just mean sooner than the people that don’t eat at Campbellton and Delowe. However church’s did allow their employee to fall into a pan of freshly baked, unfresh biscuits, go to the hospital with chest pain and a cracked collar bone, and work the next day. Unfortunately, she didn’t even know what workers comp was and went to work in pain because she was afraid to get fired. Man, they take advantage of us. Look out for my future project The Black Family Farm where I teach us how to grow their own food.

Waited at the drive thru for over 5 mins woth no response. Pulled up to the window, waited another 5 mins only to be told “oh, you need to pull around and order again!” Well, no, I parked, went inside and received awesome service from the young man at the counter. My food was hot and fresh. The drive cashier, I should have taken my order at the window and asked me to pull around and my order would be out shortly. Been working fast food industry far too long to know what I experienced was NOT any company protocol for any circumstance. There is a difference in being rude and a genuine “oh, no, let me take your order now, but it will be a few minutes on your order.” All I wanted was a 3 pc and okra.

They ripped me off, ranned a scam over charged me for a large fry, apple pie and a medium drink; they charged me $34. Lesson learned if you use any type of card check your receipt especially at this location. Also I tried to call the store and the telephone was not working

In at the window right now and after sitting in line 15 minutes, 1st I heard the guy tell the car in front of me 3 minute wait on chicken, then when I pull up he said 20 minutes wait time, now they are saying they are closed due to shift change and it’s 9:25pm May 17, 2023! This really posed me off to wait so long and not get served! But the manager can sit outside and smoke a cigarette!
