I usually never have any issues but I noticed the chicken tasted a bit chewier than usual, sure enough I find a piece that is severely undercooked… not sure how this passed as you guys are usually so on top of making sure it’s cooked. Genuinely worried as caught this halfway of eating my chicken bowl.

Amazing service and extremely tasty food! The woman was able to give me exactly what I wanted on my quesadilla, and even though when I had a strange order, adding sour cream and guacamole straight to my quesadilla, she was fine with that. It was so tasty! Qdoba definitely beats Chipotle on this end, being able to provide quesadillas with everything that comes in the burrito. I have no qualms in recommending this I had a quesadilla with chicken in it as well as lots of veggies and hot salsa, which wasn’t too hot for an American. I did notice that the hand sanitizer on the way in was empty and the trashcan just inside the door was overflowing when I left.

There is a closer Qdoba to me but I like coming to this one because the staff is consistently great. They are so kind. They are also quick and efficient. Especially the staff working 7/27 around 8:40 pm (two guys one girl).

Ehhh…the chicken and rice was hard and dry…then when asked for pico de gallo the guy literally slopped all of the juices from the pico de gallo on the burrito. It’s was gross just watching….just definitely not worth $13. This place is a ghetto Knock off version of Chipotle. Ehhhh… never again.

The quantity of the food was great. Not warm on cold side. Empty store employees standing around. The store itself was filth not 1 table clean floor not swept trash in corners of floor pop all over the counter trash on the counter. We had to wipe the seats off to sit. Took couple bites decided to just take it home so we could eat without arms sticking to table and use microwave to heat it up. If I had paid attention would not have ordered and left. Won’t go back.

I was going to come here for dinner but after reading these reviews I’m worried about my health and the sanitary conditions here. Not only that but the responses by Qdoba don’t fix the issue at all. You put it on the customer to report the issue instead of handling it yourselves and making a better restaurant experience for your customers.

Hadn’t been here in a while, so stopped in for lunch. Ordered a steak burrito and a drink, and my total came to 18.95. For ONE BURRITO. Seriously? Never coming here again.

Two nights ago, I stopped by at around 9:00 pm on Sunday (2/20/2022). I got a simple burrito, chips and queso. The first person made my burrito but did not wrap it. There were two people in front of me. As I waited, I watched the next worker proceed to check one person out at the cash register. Then he wrapped the persons burrito in front of me and check them at the register. Then, without changing his gloves, he wrapped my burrito and rang me up at the register. So, he handled the cash and credit card of both people in front of me, then proceeded to wrap my burrito, before ringing me up…ALL without changing his gloves. I was just getting off of work and ravenously hungry at the time. I should have said something about how disgusting this clear health violation was, but simply did not have the energy, so paid for my food, and left. When I got home I nuked my food in the microwave to kill any germs from this gross cross contamination.
