Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Got the Detroit style deep dish with bold pepperoni. Crust was tender on inside with nice crisp on the bottom. Good amount of flavorful zesty sauce. Generous cheese and pepperoni. Simply delectable!

Ordered and payed online for Father’s day pizza. Over 3 hours later, and waiting “on hold” when calling the store I learned from calling a different location that the store had closed due to lack of staffing. Thank you Dearborn Jets for contacting customers that had already paid you for their dinner, and also placing these customers on hold knowing these calls were never going to be answered. Great Father’s day for all.

Jet’s Pizza is always my go to for good pizza and I’ve been ordering from this location for years, however the service I received today was disappointing. I ordered pizza for delivery at 6:38pm and it wasn’t delivered until 7:48pm. I ordered my usual by text and my large veggie pizza was cold and prepared incorrectly. I checked the text I submitted and it was in fact submitted correctly but someone at Jet’s wrote it incorrectly on the ticket. The manager Isabelle said there was nothing she could do even after acknowledging that someone messed up my order. More like there was nothing she was willing to do, in other words she could care less about the money I spent and the fact that someone on her watch submitted my texted order to the pizza preparer incorrectly. She didn’t even address the cold pizza and stated that while the ticket was submitted with the wrong info I got what I paid for…????? My veggie pizza was ordered minus olives and tomatoes, as you can see based on the pics my pizza was full of tomatoes, it’s messy, and cold. I paid $43 for pizza that I didn’t order and won’t eat…terribly disappointed in Jet’s Ford Rd. Location.

I ordered a small pepperoni and bacon pizza. The pizza an bread looked liked it was just thrown together. I tried to order through text because it was supposed to be 20% cheaper, but it was slightly cheaper ordering in person. My girl had ordered pepperoni bread a couple of days earlier and it was great.
