Disappointing the last 3 times I’ve ordered or picked up food here. This location is always out of some staple ingredient (lettuce, cheese, veggies), the front counter staff has pretty sour attitudes and clearly don’t want to be there and the dinning space is always messy/dirty. My wife and I love chipotle but won’t be going to this locations any longer.

This is my favorite location as far as quality goes. The employees are always friendly and I’ve received my order correctly every time I order through the app. There are times when they are under staffed and waiting times are extended for online orders, but I don’t mind to wait since they always seem to handle the situation well, and get the orders taken care of. Both line and restaurant also seem to stay pretty clean.

This place needs a visit from the health inspector, and the employees need to learn about kitchen cleanliness and sanitization. 2 employees had hip length hair that was in dreadlocks. While in line, I witnessed one guys hair brush across some of the food containers. After seeing that, my family left before ordering.

The workers are super slow and clearly do not care. Took me 20 minutes to get my food with 4 people in line infront of me. I paid for a bag of chips and there were probably 10 chips in the bag, you could see the bottom. Definitely dont waste your money at this location or any of the Nashville locations for that matter. They’re all terrible.

The takeout person thinks it’s funny or they are trying to be sneaky putting pieces of chicken into vegetarian to go orders. It has happened 4/4 times. I understand once or twice but not every time.

The veggies and meat were very salty. I love seasoned food but couldn’t bare it. The lettuce was very brown, I had to ask for a different batch. I asked for white but they were out. I got a small scoop of steak.

chipotle has never been a good idea, especially not this one. You will be risking it if you go here but i can’t stop the irrational cravings you get that end up being disappointments. I hope all the employees (not the store manager or any manager above that level) get better jobs but at the same time improve themselves.
