We stopped here on our way back home. This was one of the dirtiest places I’ve been into. After ordering we was told they were out of alot of drinks and they had No ice. The manager on duty was very rude and the workers were more worried about going outside to smoke. Also they did not wash their hands before cooking more food when they returned. Went into the bathroom and the sink and urinals looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. In the dining room, tables were very dirty and food was on the floor. I can understand if your busy but we was the only one in the building. I will never stop at this place again. I will be contacting corporate.

We were traveling and stopped at Burger King in Va. They were out of fries, Whooper Buns large burger patties. They said their truck delivery truck was late . Then we stopped at another one they only had 3 bags of fries left. It’s really bad out there trying to get anything.They are not the only places we had problems to get what you want to eat.we left the first B.k went to next exit where only 3bags of fries left.

Our food was cold. We had to go back to the counter several times. Two men were working and I believe one was being trained. We had stopped just for a quick bite while driving home. It turned into a 40 min stop.

This BK used to be a stellar restaurant in terms of fast food. The shift manager here was very polite. We discussed how since ownership has changed the place has gone down hill. So sad there used to be a jukebox, statues of Elvis, Marilyn Monroe and The Blues Brothers. Photos on the walls of 50’ Hollywood stars like Audrey Hepburn. A shame that it has gone so far down hill

Pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no mustard. After waiting at the window for 3 or 4 minutes they asked me to pull forward and they would bring the 2 Cheeseburgers out. At least 8 to 10 cars have ordered and driven away with their food. Have been waiting for a total of 15 minutes

Unfortunately, I visited Burger King today. I wish that I had not and may not return. I just visited again on April 23, 2021 at 8pm. Went through drive thru with 2 cars ahead of us and waited 17 minutes for 2 Double Cheeseburgers and a large fry. 3 ladies walking around front counter with no guests inside. Had to return the fries because they were about 100 degrees at best. It has gotten worse with each visit and did not get a receipt to call. No apology was offered for the extended wait. Should be 0 stars.

Horrible. Stopped here during a road trip, Big mistake. Soda machine was not working properly-everything was flat,the woman who took our order failed to mention this so we handed them all the drinks back and opted for the lackluster tea. The fries were lukewarm and clearly not fresh. They forgot several items to the order and we had to ask for them.

The people who took our order and served us were extremely friendly. However, there were several dirty tables when we arrived. I ended up wiping down our tables myself. We were missing items from our order when we got our food. The drink machine had no ice and all the beverages we tried out of the main soda machine were flat. My one daughter didn’t like the burger, because it was burnt. I ending up ordering more food because she didn’t want another one to try. I wouldn’t visit this Burger King again.

3 tries to make a whopper correct. Most of the guys in there looked like they was straight out of prison. I would avoid this BK. Manager had to go back in the kitchen to make my whopper his self. Not the best experience but at least they wasn’t rude.
