We order from Simply Living often and their food is fantastic. We just ordered some things for the holiday, of course the sweet potato casserole, which is to die for. This time we also got one of their bone in country hams and it was without a doubt the best country ham I ever had. Delicious flavor, tender and falling off the bone. I plan to get this now for every holiday, forget Turkey! Don and Jackie, the owners, are so nice and accommodating. You can’t go wrong ordering from them or stopping in for some lunch to go. Highly recommend!!

Recommended by a colleague, I would stop in for their chicken salad often for lunch. When the opportunity presented itself, I thought it would be great to support their quaint operation and have them cater a business meeting. Days prior to the event and before delivery, the gentlemen who took the order, charged my AMEX corporate card in full without providing a receipt. I used caterers all the time, and had not previously had this occur, especially without a contract in place – normally business allow 24-48 hours to modify the count in the event of attrition or cancellation. To add insult to injury, for the exorbitant amount charged, they delivered appetizer sized boxes with extremely modest portions for the C-Suite meeting. I was horrified. Never again. Beware.

Always come here for their chicken salad. They make one with apples and sometimes if you’re lucky with strawberries. Love their dressings! I’ve never purchased anything else here, but everything looks healthy and delicious.

The customer service here was amazing. I asked for a salad that was not in the pre-made fridge and she made it for me right away. The strawberry salad I had was one of the best ever and I loved the service I received. I went because I decided to purchase the Groupon and try them out, but I will definitely be back Groupon or not! All the food looked delicious and I can’t wait to try something new next time.

This review is to help anyone planning a first trip to Arrington. We had a party of 8 and were taking group transportation to the winery. Due to the short period of time we would have at the winery, I wanted to pre-order picnic meals, so I did via a phone conversation where I explained how and when we would be at the winery. No problems with placing the order.
