I went through the drive through at 10:30pm. The outside of building was painted earlier in the day and all the employees were at the back door breathing in fresh air. I was the only person in the drive through and it was a 10 minute wait for food. When my food came, I was hit with the smell of paint and chemicals. The gal at the window apologized and explained about the chemical smell coming from the floor remodel. I felt bad for the workers because they said they had to stay open during the remodel.

Went to get food came out with missing fries, the fry u did get was only half full, and error on my sandwich. Did the survey got a call to come in now or next day. Showed next day to get a food card for missing items. Told front counter person who I needed to see she just pointed over there.. they were clearly busy with an interview or meeting. Explained missing food and sat down waiting for 20 minutes never to receive anything. Wasted my time and never got anything out of it other than a headache…. not happy about the visit at all.

I can’t really comment on the food. There was only drive through available. There was a line of about 6 cars in front of me. When it was my turn the voice said to please forgive them that there were only 2 people working. They were doing a great job for only 2 of them. I went for a shake only but the machine was down so I dint buy anything. He was very apologetic, very calm & nice. The line moved very smoothly and for only being 2 of them, they did very well.

Wow! Attitude!! Don’t be rude to your customers! Walked in and were greeted with huff and puff…we are closed! Wait, what? Door was open and customers being served. Drive thru open too! Told the last employee left and forgot to lock the door. We asked her to take our order and she agreed! I am not certain but believe this to be Mallory based on the ticket cashier name. She was apologetic and explained the issue. They locked the doors behind us. We received our food while listening to confusion and insubordination in the kitchen. Employees had to be told repeatedly what to do. Food came out wrong twice…the same wrong way! 3 out of 5 of us were really ill after eating. Same symptoms…stomach, headache and nausea. Really think the staff of employees hate their jobs and their manager or person in charge! Wish we had went to dine somewhere else.

Horrendous service, food was terrible. I walked straight in with my 2 kids and ordered immediately. The kid messed up my order 3 times and even after all that forgot items and drinks at the end. So after the nightmare of ordering it took exactly 24 minutes to receive our order of two sandwiches and some chicken nuggets. Then the brisket sandwich was over cooked to almost crunchyness. The classic roast beef was ice cold. And the the fries were also cold. The employees were yelling at each other the whole time.

Honestly have given this place more chances than they deserve and it never fails every time. Sat in drive-thru for 15 minutes when an employee came out and announced they had to close the store until 4:00 pm due to staffing issues. Mind you this was at 2:00 in the afternoon. Vehicles in front of me and vehicles behind me…I’m surprised this place is even still open considering that’s not the first time thats happened. I hope the regional manager is planning a visit soon.

We had a coupon for a free small fry and a drink with the purchase of a gyro,reuben or brisket sandwich and the young man at the till said which do you want free the fry or drink. We said it’s both and he said the till won’t let me do 2 free items. We said if you advertise it you need to honor it. His smart remark was “I didn’t advertise it” . We left and won’t be back soon!

They are very kind and helpful. I doordash and get food here after my shift, and they’re very polite for dasher orders and regular orders. If it’s even slightly late they apologize, but the food is always hot when you get it.

They over frie the food it has a horrible taste you can literally squeeze the cooking oil out of it. It made me ill terrible service they wouldn’t trade my food!! As we’ll . I do not recommend Arby’s in Williston .
