We placed an online order for pickup. Paid for extra meat, beans, and toppings in a burrito bowl. The only extra they did was the hot sauce. It was barely edible. I also got a couple of tacos, there wasn’t even enough steak to go across the whole taco. When we went to pick it up at the time it said, it wasn’t ready. The line was long, and there was one worker just standing around doing absolutely nothing. One making the orders, obviously not reading the instructions since our order was not correct. I tried to call to complain, you get a robot telling you to use the chat in the email, used the chat, another robot. You can’t talk to a person at all. The robot didn’t understand the complaint and ended the chat. What is actually happening to customer service?!

Love Chipotle but this unit is complete disaster. Garbages overflowing, 90% of tables filthy, all the specialty fountain drinks empty with a ton of staff standing around chatting. Food qualty seems super off as well. Just giving a shout out so owner/management are aware. Clean it up.

Our story begins on a late night, it was warm, and humid. I was tired from the gym and I had a rough day at work. I felt bad going to this establishment a mere 30 minutes prior to closing. However, to my surprise Ari, who I will from now on refer to as “Pollo Picasso” made me the best chicken bowl in existence. Not only was the bowl revolutionary, but he was happy and had a great attitude. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I will be returning much more frequently from now on for some more masterpieces constructed by the gifted hands of Pollo Picasso.

Paid full price for (4) half a burrito bowls. Kids working there were nice but they were out of everything. Out of white rice, 2 meats, and lettuce. Very low on both types of beans. We should have left and went to another location but we were starving and in a hurry. Don’t know if I’ll return to this location.
