These ladies were very busy getting everyone’s orders out. It took a bit longer than normal but everyone was very nice to let us know about the delays. We got a couple of blizzards and one of the new girls made them. I must say that they were made perfectly and with a very fair amount of goodies. I overheard her ask her trainer for help because she didn’t want to mess up. Her trainer told her to just read the chart and walked away. Well, I hope she reads this as she made some darn good blizzards and for that. I thank you!

On July 8th my wife and I stopped here to eat. Just before we ordered an employee punched out for lunch. We both ordered and my wife sat outside while I waited for our food. As I waited I counted three employees in the lobby on break. After twenty minutes I inquired about our food to which I was told we’re still waiting on it. Mind you countless others were helped at the drive through. 25 minutes later a couple comes in and orders for dine in. At 30 minutes the employee returns from her break and approached me with food and asked me for my order number. I gave it to her and she said okay? Then proceed to give to the couple that came in five minutes earlier. She went behind the counter and pulled their copy of our order and showed it to the manager. I went off describing everything I just stated. Got told there was a mix up in back and the kid on the counter is still in training. We asked for a refund which they argued about because, now our food was ready. I reached out to the customer care number last Monday and did not hear anything. So I emailed the CEO. I then called this location back and basically got treated the same way I was when I was there. The assistant manager I spoke to said the young man had been done with training for a few weeks now and she would review the tapes and get to the bottom of it and she would have her general manager call me back. The general manager was the woman who gave us problems about our refund. Guessing by the fact that she called me ten minutes later, the tapes were never looked at. The GM also said she spoke to her DM and he told her to offer us a $10 gift card for somewhere else. In our opinion we should have gotten a refund and our food. I would give zero stars but, there is not an option for that.

I was surprised by how short the line here was compared to the next door Wendys, but now I know why. Fries were cold, drinks were half empty and unmarked, bacon cheeseburger “with everything on it” had no condiments and my flamethrower was only in the general direction in which some sauce was thrown.

Wow, what a difference in the quality of products ! We always go to the Howland Dairy Queen and the blizzards at the Eastwood Mall Dairy Queen actually have strawberries, graham crackers , and cheesecake in the blizzard that you can see and taste !! This is our new spot !!

I am extremely upset. Not only did the girl in the drive through not understand that I wanted cheese cake in my 2 blizzards, she charged me for it then when I got back home there was no cheese cake. So I went back, waited in line for 20+ minutes & then they gave me 10 pieces of cheese cake in seperate cups. I will never go back to this location ever again. Talk about AWFUL service.

You’re Drive thru is Terrible; customer service is rude, 5 Ppl standing around while I waited 20 minutes for 2 banana splits that consists of 1/2 a banana, 1 part of a strawberry, 3 piece of pineapple, no chocolate and splatter with Cool whip… All due respect, I’ll try Handle’s!
