Adonis was the cook and another gentleman working, Adonis was leaning over the pizza table watching a music video on his phone. The other guy was in the back was extremely rude to this other fellow. Also Adonis cannot speak enough to be understood. I found him less than average as an employee. So that’s my reason for the three-star experience today.

The food is prepared correctly but the manager who is usually on duty is so unpleasant to deal with. I don’t know her name but the app lists her as Robin. The 3 includes a 5 for food and a 2 for customer service.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Our ETA delivery time was 33-43 minutes but it arrived over an hour later. It was cold. It was the wrong pizza. Half the pizza wasn’t cut. And when I called to let them know they sent the wrong pizza I was asked to call back later and when I tried to talk he said “I don’t have time for this” and hung up on me. My husband called and the man hung up on him too. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM DOMINOS PIZZA!!!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 stars. This is the second time I tried ordering from this location (delivery). The first time I ordered from them I waited 90 minutes for delivery, but the pizza was still hot so I didn’t leave a bad review. However this time I ordered at 7:30pm and didn’t receive my COLD PIZZA UNTIL 10:15pm!!!!!! Are you serious???? In what world is this acceptable customer service? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I was very displeased with my experience with them.

Wish I could give this place less stars. I ordered two medium pizzas from this place. Upon taking my first and only bite I unfortunately found an acrylic nail while chewing, I called to get a FULL refund from which the manager said it was fine as long as one of his drivers would pick up the pizzas. I happily agreed since I wasn’t going to eat nail infested pizzas. I then waited an hour and found myself calling them. After being on hold for 27 minutes I find out they weren’t sending anyone because they were “too busy” and I could just throw them away. They didn’t even have the curiosity of calling me to notify me and the manager didn’t seem to care much about the situation. This place is garbage.
