We get pizza here all the time. We got a dinner box with pasta, wings, and a soda. $53.14. No biggy accept the system charged me that 6 more times. In total it took almost $400 from my account and when speaking to the manager, all she said was it will take 7-10 days to get it back and that “it’s not going to go through” but technically it did because it already took that money from my account. Fix whatever part of the system you need to fix because that’s ridiculous. I’m glad it was me and not someone else. Not everyone can manage with a $370 loss and wait for a week to get it back.

Started by getting delivered the wrong pizza. Ticket on the box clearly has the name and address. Finally 3hrs later get the pizzas I ordered originally. Just to get an undercooked pizza. By far worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Worst pizza hut to order from on cornhusker. Never cut the pizzas 4 times in a row have to cut at home. Gonna go elsewhere from now on kinda ridiculous when you let them know problem and they joke about sharpening their knives to cut the pizza better.

I was given someone else’s food I had to call and talk to the manager he remade my food it took well over an hour to be delivered it was not hot at all and the driver asked me what was wrong with my food I told him I wasn’t given my order and he said I don’t know I’m just a driver and left
