Lovely place to enjoy a meal right next to the ocean! It’s a seat yourself style restaurant/bar. The waitstaff were so friendly and nice. Our waiter was very friendly. Ok….the best part…the double cheeseburger!! It’s so similar to in n out burger…but better!! Absolutely fantastic! And delicious salty crispy fries. Wonderful meal, great atmosphere.

Food was okay and view is good. I ordered the truffle truffle more truffle burger and it was beefy! The short rib and double patty combo gave it much more beef flavor than truffle, and I’m glad it was cooked to done. Fries were barely warm but cooked ok. Service was mediocre mostly because there was only one guy covering the entire place, even if there were others helping deliver food. Waited a long time to get menus (seat yourself), drinks, and the check. The burger alone didn’t warrant a $50 price tag, so the service should step up.

Absolutely gorgeous view! All seating is outside. Gets very busy and difficult to find a place to eat. It’s open seating and reservations are not allowed. Service was friendly, but can be slow and food delivery extremely slow so if you’re hungry, try somewhere else. If we didn’t wait an hour, it was very close to an hour. Otherwise the food is very good and attractively presented. The bibimbap is spicy and delicious. There are glass walls to keep the ocean breeze at bay and umbrellas to keep the sun and birds away. I could sit on their couches all day.

Great views and a pretty relaxed setting. Only had the Califonia Mezze, which was ok. Server was not great, but was friendly unfortunately she kept disappearing, had to ask another server to get her for us. Overall experience was good, not great, hence the 4 stars.

We gathered for a family lunch and loved the fantastic views. The service was good but a little slow as they were very busy. It’s understandable. Almost everyone really enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, my fish sandwich was both bland and dry. The price point is also pretty high for food and drink alone, but the location makes up for quite a bit of that.

We came to this hotel for lunch. We picked this restaurant as it had the best views of the ocean. The server was friendly and attentive. We had the can seltzers they were okay. The bibimbap was tasty, but wish it had a bigger portion of pork. The salad was good, it was crunchy and spicy, we wish it came with some type of bread to offset the kick. The burger was good portion size, and came with french fries, they were juicy and delicious. We asked for the burger veggies on the side and they were fresh and crispy. They have a lounge area, but we sat at a table. Overall was a good lunch and experience.

The Sun Deck at Hotel del Coronado was a beautiful space and has an every more beautiful view of the sunset! We went here for an evening cocktail and small bites. It was great, but the seating is all open and up for grabs. We showed up with a reservation and just wandered around until we noticed folks leaving and took their table. (Only photos I took were of the scenery and not our food or drinks).
