Placed a mobile order for two sandwiches and drinks. Although the staff was friendly, I can’t say something positive about the food. The English muffins had mold on it which was disgusting. We couldn’t turn around since we were running late for an event but I just feel they definitely need to pay attention more to what they’re giving out. Because of that I wouldn’t be returning.

Employees stood around talking and using their phones ignored me while I waited for a few minutes at counter. Doorway was wet and slippery from snow, no weather mat put down to prevent someone from falling and getting injured. Needs much better attention given to running this store

This DD is on Washington St in Hartford accross the st from hospital, yea there stuff is good however of all the places you can buy coffee ie McDonald’s, Burger King, Starbucks ext there coffee has the lowest caffeine content, this is not to say there coffee is bad it’s not just weak, allso there expensive.

I usually stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts once a week when I’m on my way to a certain activity in the area. Everybody there is so nice! The order is always done perfectly. I know that sounds kind of funny, but when you ask for something toasted dark or extra cream or something like that it’s always done just the right way. People are very cheerful. I recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anybody who’s in hartford!

Of course it’s busy…especially because it is located right next to Hartford Hospital. BUT today there is a picket line in front making it busier than normal. Hospital staff being fired if they are not vaccinated. The big debate of the vaxxed vs non-vaxxed.
