I have a love-hate relationship with this place because sometimes the service is great, and sometimes the folks are just too occupied with other things that they barely make contact with customers. I think it would be great to have a host to welcome customers and can facilitate their expérience with the various serving areas. The soup, baked savory food, and salad area is always a guess game for people. The catering menu vs. the dîne in menu concept is just confusing. Servers sometimes are not personable, and I feel that they aren’t enough to clean the tables promptly.

The food here was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The Potato Galette was so tasty and has such a good crispy texture. The croissant was so buttery and soft but also crisp and flaky, it was really good.

This used to be one of my regular haunts, but in recent years has declined not only in terms of service but (most importantly) with food selections. We had a full table of guests and everyone agreed the dishes were tasteless, poorly cooked, and not worth the price. Sadly, I would not consider eating there again nor can I recommend it at this point.

While at this visit I opted to eat lunch elsewhere for a quieter (I found the ambient music to be too loud), more brightly lit environment, I purchased a couple bakery items. The intended item was the custard-filled single serve square lemon tart. To me, it had barely any natural lemony taste and I would not buy it again. When I ordered a lemon white-chocolate chunk cookie, they mis-heard me and added a chocolate chip cookie to my box. I discovered this after leaving and they graciously fixed their error. The chocolate chip cookie was incredibly ordinary. BUT… the lemon white-chocolate chunk cookie was outstanding and very lemon-y!
