Waited over an hour for my order. Waited in store for a bit. I placed my order online, wasn’t ready still. I seen what looked like my order on the shelf. I stood in line and sure enough, it was. They just didn’t care enough to give it to me when they knew I was sitting there waiting for it.

When you get to this location it’s nothing special until you get inside. Once inside the flaws will show up, the holes in the ceiling,ceiling falling down,the grime and not working lights in the men’s bathroom mixed with missing light bulbs. Easily once of the worst interiors I’ve seen in a restaurant. This shows they do not respect the building and want to put in the effort to maintain it. The food is not bad ,I just worry about the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Ordered from here the other weekend. Use to love this place and have been a customer for 6+ years. There quality was one of the best things because you definitely got what you paid for.. sadly not anymore since new management took over and new employees came in. Spent 30 bucks on a pizza that tasted and looked worse than Little Ceasars. Also bought Buffalo Wings that came with NO SAUCE.

Bunch of my coworkers had to work a few blocks from the location and thought it would be nice to grab a late lunch for them so I ordered food from the Harvard location. I’ve had rosatis from it feels like every location in the Chicagoland area plus even in Florida but this pizza hit different than all of them. It was cooked perfect and all the other people eating said the same, I look forward to ordering again when I return in a few months and make this a regular thing. FYI this order happened on 6/9/23 so the people working deserve the credit for this review.

Ordered at 6:29 pm, now 7:48pm still no delivery for 1 salad and 1 order of wings. Came to to restaurant to pick it up and it’s still not ready. The hostess is covered in hickies. Hopefully the new owners start coming in to help their employees!

Rosati’s is my go-to place for pizza, the “Classic Combo” being my favorite, but they also have an excellent selection of hot sandwiches and pasta dishes as well. The Italian beef and sausage combo sandwich stacked with sweet peppers, hot giardiniera and topped with melted mozzarella cheese is what I recommend… it comes with fries or a salad as a side. The spaghetti and home-made meatballs, and Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken are another favorite of mine. You can’t go wrong with their fried mushrooms, mozzarella cheese sticks and garlic bread for appetizers. They also offer a nice variety of salads if you want to eat healthy. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the restaurant has dine-in, carry-out or delivery. My only criticism is that they open at 4:00 P.M. Monday – Thursday. So, if you are looking to pick up some great tasting pizza for Sunday games or dinner for the family, look no further than Rosati’s Italian Restaurant.

If I could give no stars I would. I assume under new ownership. Pizza isn’t the same, very dry cardboard like crust. We loved the Monster pizza because we loved all the toppings, but this one was so skimpy! I honestly would have rather of had Jacks from Walmart.

Horrible place! Tried to order a pizza from my family for dinner they showed up about a half an hour after I place the order with the wrong food so they would be back in 20 minutes never came back I called twice and they kept saying it was on the way and never showed up finally I just asked for my money back and he said okay will give you your money back and hung up! So my family still never ate almost 2 hours later and we’ll see if I actually get my money back. What a joke!! Horrible management!!

Ordered 2 lunch combos including 2 slices each sausage and pep in both. I waited 1hour and a 1/2 and got a text that they have no pizza at lunch ordered at 11ish. Then end up getting 2 slices cheese and one sausage that all the cheese slid off. Got a $7 refund or what cost me $22 and never got me other 2 slices.
