We were excited to have Gracie’s in town for a close restaurant option when they first opened. My husband and I decided to go for lunch to try it out. I ordered a burger cooked medium rare. The first bite was definitely overcooked, but I was hopeful that the middle would be better. Nope. And the other side of the burger was worse being charred beyond being edible. It was clear that it was not what I ordered and not even edible. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt so I did power through the first few bites. I finally realized I needed to bring it to their attention. The owner looked at the burger and said, “You’ve already eaten half of it”. I showed her the burger patty and that it clearly was burned, not even well done. I would have been happy if she brought my half an edible burger if that was the problem. But she insisted that I had already eaten some of it, so she would not replace it or give a discount. We’ve never been back since. I can’t think of better way to lose business. Clearly in the wrong and not willing to fix it.

Fresh homemade product on the menu. We were there for lunch which took a little longer but was overlooked when we got our food. Very friendly staff, which takes the time to ensure you’re completely satisfied . Don’t miss out on the homemade pie/desserts. You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped in here for lunch after visiting Thatcher State Park with a friend. It was the perfect little lunch stop with good coffee, delicious food (I had Gracies burger with pesto, roasted red peppers, mozzarella cheese on a brioche bun which I added bacon to) with very fair prices. The service was quick (though we were the only ones there) and the woman behind the counter was extremely friendly. I wanted to try everything on the menu and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone, either local or passing through.

Just got sour mac and cheese and almost threw up. Pulled pork was fine. Will not go again.

the kitchen was painfully slow. Came in around 11:20 on a Friday, ordered and no food until almost 12:45. 1 hour and 20 minutes to make 2 simple salads, 2 poached egg dishes, and 1 sandwich. This is diner type food and should’ve come out in no more than 15 minutes. The time waited was absolutely egregious. The over-worked server blamed Door Dash orders for making the kitchen too busy. Overall, I would never come to this restaurant again, nor recommend it to anyone. Wait time was horrible and the food was easily below average. A major disappointment. This place needs to invest in staff and increase focus on quality/timeliness or it will be out of business.

I’m so glad I wandered across Gracie’s while on a walk waiting for my laundry down the road! I saw Cold Brew on the menu and it instantly brought me in, the atmosphere was welcoming and felt like it’s a local staple. The service was instant and incredibly friendly, while my cold brew was being made the display case of bakery items worked on me so I also left with an oatmeal raisin cookie, lemon bar, and raspberry shortbread cookie…….I was already going back because of the service, but with this being a small taste of what Gracie’s has to offer it’s now a MUST go back. See you soon!!
