The manager with very friendly and courteous but when he had to leave and make it delivery. He left a woman and a young kid to just send the pizza through the pizza oven… They proceeded to make rude remarks because they assumed that I was homeless because I was walking and carrying a backpack.. and after the pizza came through instead of calling us up to get our pizza they went in the back and got high and even though my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant he said he didn’t know whose order it was

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Every time I oder from this place they either mess up or take 2 hours to make my order. This last time my pizza was made raw. When talking with the manager he agreed to return my money, only if I took the pizza back. Upon getting there, the manager tied to say I paid with a credit card. I paid cash, including a tip. I had a difficult time getting my money back. All I can say is very bad service and management!!!

I placed an order for pick up over the phone for a medium pepperoni pizza, a side of marinara and garlic sauce and a 2 liter of Coke. When I picked up my order in the store I paid for everything that I ordered as well as I left a pretty generous tip. Well I remembered to pick up everything that I ordered except for the 2 liter of Coke. I didn’t notice it was missing until I was 20 minutes from the Dominos that I ordered from in Espanola, NM. So I decided to call them on the phone number they had listed online. When I called the store it would either ring 1 time then hang up on me or the phone would just ring and ring. So I then decided to call Domino’s customer service phone number. A lady answered the customer service number after about 3 rings. I explained the situation regarding the 2 liter of Coke and she said that she would connect me to the Domino’s in Espanola, NM that I had placed my order at. Same thing happened when she connected me to their direct number. It just rang and rang but no one answered. So that day I paid for an item that I never received. All I can say to anyone planning on making an order for pick up over the phone. Always make sure that you pick up/receive every item that you paid for because the staff there isn’t going to remind you.

Don’t bother calling for delivery from this place unless you have 5 hours to spare. First, you place your order with someone from East India. Then, this local place calls you to confirm your order. Pizza never arrives. You call back local place. You speak to same guy who confirmed your order. He says he has nothing on his list for you. You ask if your address is in their delivery system. He confirms it is. “So, how do you have my name and address, but no pizza order.” He takes it again. He says there are a lot of orders ahead of mine. I said, “No, this is your mistake. You will put a rush in mine.” He says he doesn’t know if manager will let him do this. I ask to speak to Manager. Manager is not there because he doesn’t work nights. How do you have multiple people working somewhere and they just walk by customers at the pick up window doing there best to ignore the customers sitting there waiting. They have a line of car wrapped around the building and nobody seems to care. I can understand being understaffed but you won’t be any less busy if you don’t actually help customers.
