If i had a chance to give them less than 1 star I would have given it. Today I went to this place to get a chicken bowl and the lady who was helping me was very rude. She put less than half a spoon of protein. I asked her for little more but she gave me attitude. I don’t recommend this place because they give very small quantity for the same price. This place is horrible. There were no napkins, no forks. Totally disappointed.

Walked up to the server and was approached with straight face, with no hello or hi. Ordered chicken bowl and puts less quantity chicken and when told to put more, he made a face. On to veggies, asked for red sauce on the side and with no care goes on to putting it on the bowl. Customer service at this place is so bad. They don’t even listen to your order properly and do as they desire.

The employees here just don’t care. They start closing over an hour early and won’t replenish ingredients – they just tell you they don’t have it which isn’t true. They also start the cleaning process of the hot station while they’re still serving food so water is splashing all over the food they’re serving. No quality control at this location or management holding employees accountable.

We ordered at this place almost after a year due prior disappointment and I guess the place is still a disappointment. I ordered online vegetarian food but I guess it’s hard to understand instructions as the food had no veg in it and can’t believe how this place does not respect customers choices and also really sad that throwing away food as it’s against my religion. I would recommend all my friends and family to not visit this place.
