Bought a Thai Green Milk Tea from Hippo Loco and it’s easily the best I’ve had in Westminster. The store has a nice relaxing atmosphere, the staff is really friendly and they really care about making the customer order the perfect item for the customer. Easily make my day better. Highly recommend this place for a great cup of milk tea.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Hippo Loco has some nice and quaint seats, and is very quiet. They also provide food in addition to drinks. In my experience, they have a rotating selection of specialty drinks and these are the ones I usually try. The price of boba is quite low compared to pearl milk tea stores.

Friendly service. The decor was really cute. Loved the pink chairs. We ordered the cake dessert set. Macaroons were a little too sweet. The milk tea and jasmine lychee tea were delicious. The grilled pork banh mi was good. The fried fish banh mi was ok. Loved the rocket shrimp, garlic and cajun fries. We will be back for tea and dessert.
