One of the worst phone calls that I have had. Made an order for delivery and I did not get the order the way that I asked for it . If having a sandwich cut is not important enough take out the options. That was One of the problems. The biggest one was that my tomato slice had something black inside of it. The person on the phone said on the phone she didn’t know what to say and said I’m sorry like 20 times and completely ignored the tomato issue and offered to send mustard packets my way. Like what I offered to send a picture of it but that was not acknowledged. What was I looking for to get out of the phone call? A simple we will do better addressing each issue. Customer training i think needs to happen here…

The two employees working the front today (10/3/22) after lunch had absolutely terrible customer service, cut us off when we were trying to place our orders and were extremely rude in how they spoke to us and looked at us. I did not end up placing my order because of their service, as I did not want to be in there any longer. We received the one sub order we did place and left immediately.
