I ordered my food at 400 at 500 I had to call and ask what was going on, they said they were waiting on a driver. I understand that, I said okay are you going to make fresh stuff when he does get there ? Domino’s said yes, I call back 20 mins later asked if I can come get it instead they said yes give us 20 mins I came at 545 .. waited 20 mins then went back up and said it should be ready… They looked around found my order that was made at 4.. and gave it to me. Didn’t realize until we got home it was older…

If I could leave below a 1 star I would. It’s Friday at 9:54 and they are closed. They showed opened until 1am. I’m so beyond this store not being open or not being able to deliver during delivering times. I used to work here, and it once was a well oiled machine working well. Now, it’s terrible. If you need to pay employees more to keep them on board then do it, but this is getting absolutely ridiculous!!! I won’t buy from this store again and I’ll advise anyone I talk to (which happens to be a lot of people around the area) to no order from here anymore. Get rid of the store. Let’s get someone better in this town.

Forgot cheese?? I was warned about this location. Here is a pizza that was supposed to be pepperoni and cheese and that’s it. It turned out to be pepperoni sausage and of all things, they forgot to put any cheese on the pizza at all.

this place has usually been good to me. hit or miss, but usually a hit. get extra sauce or the pizzas is just to dry. I wish they would just charge more and make the pizza with enough toppings and cheese, instead of charging less and I’m not sure what I’m going to get. I could never work at a pizza place, I would so pile on toppings and get fired. 🙂

Someone looked and said yeah its good. Send this out for delivery. Burnt, hard and dry. Drove it back to the store and they say “oh it must have been put in the bottom oven and its hotter”. Clearly no pride or quality control at this location.

I ordered two pizzas and wings tonight around 7:25 pm and it is now almost 9 pm and the delivery driver is just now on the way with our order. The time it has taken to get our order is unacceptable and this has happened on more than one occasion. We won’t be returning to Dominos for pizza, that’s for sure.

We usually order from dominos for our pizza nights but tonight we had the worst service EVER! I ordered online which we always do and if the time would be longer the website would let us know. Place my order at 6:15pm and finally called at 7:15pm and they said they were just now putting my pizzas in and they were short staffed. They said it would take another 20-30min fir it to be delivered. Well another hour goes by so I called again and they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes! I was supposed to leave my house by then and now I am having to be late and cook. The person on the phone was not helping nor cared that we had waited that long so I asked for my money to be returned on the card. Then I called back to speak to the manager (which I do not like doing EVER) and they gentleman on the phone who I had been talking to WAS the manager. The Cicero dominos have lost our business we will be going to bronko, pizza king or pizza by the harbor from now on.

I’m a regular when it comes to ordering pizza from Domino’s but this is my first at the Cicero location. The customer service was HORRIBLE and the “manager” and the staff need a class on how to properly work with customers. My regular locations are in Fishers (the best and friendliest people) and I would rather drive 12 miles for better service than to go right around the corner. When asked if I could get my pizza square cut they looked at me like I was insulting them and refused to do it. Other locations had done this in the past so I didn’t think it was a big deal. Before I left the so called ‘Manager told me to ‘learn how to order next time’. I was shocked and applaud by the comment. Needless to say, that will be my last time going to this location.
