The pizza is really good, but you definitely pay for it. Pretty much the most expensive pizza I’ve ever seen. This could be offset by having really good service (they don’t), or by actually putting their frequent customer magnets in each pizza you buy (roughly half the time there is no magnet).

I have to say I think this is probably the worst pizza I have ever had. I placed our order online at 6:05pm with no problem, simply order XL pizza, w/pepperoni & extra sauce. Was given a time for the pizza to be ready of 6:50PM. I got to the restaurant at 6:40, thinking maybe pizza could be ready early. I give my name and was told they hadn’t even started on my pizza yet but would get working on it. Pizza is finally ready at 7:05. We get the pizza home and there is barely any sauce on it let alone extra sauce and maybe a handful of cheese and pepperonis. Should also mention it was overcooked. With all the good reviews I guess they could have been having an off night but I won’t be back to find out.

My roommate and I love this place for pizza however, we decided to dine in tonight and my roommate got the spaghetti. We waited 40 minutes for my pizza and her spaghetti, my pizza and very few toppings and her spaghetti came out cold, with barely any sauce. We sent it back and the server returned the plate after telling us they put it in the microwave and added more sauce. It wasn’t much better flavor wise. I took a bite of her meatball and IMMEDIATELY spit it out on my plate. I will forever be haunted by the texture. It was like wet bread. The server was amazing and so sweet but we will never get the pasta here again. On top of the terrible spaghetti, we only had a few dollars taken off the bill for the terrible pasta.

Issues with delivery every time we order. Its always late. We were told an hour. We waited two hours and they hadn’t made our pizzas yet. They said their driver was on their way back then they will send out. We asked for a refund. The people answering the phone were very rude.

My parents Ordered pizza at 5:05, it was 7:05 and the pizzas werent even sent out yet. My mom called and the people on the phone were yelling and very rude, wasnt even in the room and i could hear the guy yelling through the phone. (keep in mind it wasnt even on speaker) You have lost our service.
