i’m no Chinese food connoisseur but according to friends that are, this is the most authentic Chinese food in central Florida! With that being said, everything was DELICIOUS. flavor overload, bright vibrant dishes, just a marvelous experience. Aiming to return with at least 7 others just so we can sit at one of those tables with the spinning center!

This is the third time we’ve been here. I’ve always missed their Pepper w. Preserved Egg&Eggplant. It’s really delicious and authentic. Their fish is delicious. Recommended dishes，If you are not used to salt, you can tell the chef to have less salt

We had an amazing dining experience at HuNan Taste. It was very busy and every table was full. We were told it would be at least a 20 minute wait. We ended up sharing one of the large family tables with a young Asian couple from Arizona. They were super cute/friendly and it was pleasant to have a conversation with some young college students who weren’t afraid to sit with people they didn’t know.

Service was impeccable! They were really nice and helped with choosing dishes. Vibes were comfortable and unique, I liked the art and traditional Chinese instrumental music very relaxing. The food was undeniably delicious!!

I don’t recommend the cold rice noodle (liang fen) because the texture is much harder than I expected it should be quite soft and jelly like. But other dishes we ordered are quite tasty, especially the salted egg yolk potato shreds. Be careful with the fresh pepper fish — it’s very numbing!
