HORRIBLE. Currently waiting 2 HOURS for my food & I live not even 5 minutes away. Poor communication. Been on hold for 20 minutes each time we call & immediately told “please hold” & put on hold without even being able to argue back that I will not hold AGAIN. & whenever we are put on hold, they eventually hang up on us after 20 minutes.

When I went to pick up my pizza, the girl making the pizzas had her hair hanging out of the top of her visor, and I saw when she was throwing the dough it was in very close contact with her hair. Very unsettling. I was excited to see that I received a double order of wings, when I only ordered 8. The pizza’s we ordered tasted a lot like cardboard and were almost burnt. Overall disappointing.

Was delivered the wrong pizza. Called three times and waited for no one to pick up the phone. The guy with the ponytail and rosé tattoo on the left hand gave me a dirty look and didn’t bother to help me. What is going on with customer service these days!?

I always order carry out on the app and out of maybe 6 times they have been ready when the app said every time. My toppings are always accurate, the food is cooked exactly perfect, they one time missed my request for square cut(that’s just my preference) but I can look past that once as I saw how busy they were when I went in to pick it up. Place is always clean and employees are very courteous and professional. I honestly did not like Dominoes when I lived in Lansing(many bad experiences) but since this one opened, it’s my favorite pizza place. Also notable is that I always order hot sauce and they always manage to get it evenly over the whole pizza. Thank you guys and keep up what you’re doing! I appreciate you! 03-19-2018

Ordered an extra large pizza for a business meeting tonight at our office and asked for it to be cut into 10 or 12 pieces. Not only was the pizza cold when it arrived (15 minutes prior to our scheduled drop off time), but ot was very poorly made as well as cut. We will order from Hungry Howies from here on out fir our Tuesday evening meetings
