Usually not a bad place to just order a quick delivery pizza for the kids. Ordered recently and their delivery is now provided by DoorDash. They never said anything while ordering and I didn’t know until I got confirmation email. DoorDash is terrible, if you ever actually get your food…. I liked ordering for a direct delivery bc I knew that if there was an issue they would fix it. Now they charge nearly $6 for delivery fee and then you get a greedy DoorDash driver that demands an absurdly high tip for 2 pizzas from a 1/2 mile down the road.

I ordered a well done, large pepperoni pizza with the pepperoni stuffed crust. I received the most undercooked, meat lovers pizza with a cheese stuffed crust. The pizza tore in half just lifting out of the box. It’s as if the kitchen went out of their way to mess up my order, and to top it off forgot my drink.

Thieves. They absolutely botched my order and will not provide a refund. I ordered garlic parmesan breadsticks and was delivered normal breadsticks with nothing on them. Also, they delivered through Doordash and naturally the driver didn’t understand that pizza gets cold when you drive a convertible with the top down. I called the manager and was told they do not offer any kind of refund other than giving me the points on my Papa John’s account. What kind of business can’t provide a proper refund for lousy quality and service? Absolutely appalling. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS, THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR DINNER AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

Food is fine, if it actually shows up. I tried on three separate occasions to order here, and two out of three resulted in me getting my money back because the location was closed or they missed the online order. The time I actually did get it, it was over an hour and a half on a Saturday mid afternoon when estimated was 26 minutes. This location is slow, doesn’t answer the phone, and online help is ridiculously lackluster. Used to love Papa John’s in Washington, would rather slum it at Little Cesar’s than deal with this nightmare of a storefront again.

I love the product. My favorite among the major pizza chains that deliver. Unfortunately this particular location has given me such horrible customer service the last few times that I have decided to stop getting Papa John’s from now on. There’s a Pizza Hut right around the corner, not my favorite but at least the service has been reasonable.

The pizza was terrible. As soon as we picked up a slice the whole thing fell apart. It was extremely doughy in the middle so I’m guessing the toppings weren’t even able to be cooked properly through. I’m very disappointed as soon as I walked in a black guy (I’m black) had to hop his a$$ off of the counter! The pizza was 30$ and it’s unfortunate I have to just take a loss here
