Everything was amazing. The service was phenomenal. I have been looking for a restaurant that reminds me of my home town in Mexico and this is it. It’s a very unique place perfect for birthday parties or to relax with family. The food is also really good.

I was so hesitant about this place based off on the reviews, however when we got there the staff was absolutely welcoming and nice. The wait time was long and it’s understandable they just opened and are getting a high volume of traffic, they were apologetic due to the long waiting period which wasn’t so bad. You are able to walk around and order drinks while you wait for your table, and if you have little ones they do have a jumper where they can be entertained as I don’t know how long they will have it but it’s a good option as well. Honestly I would highly recommend this place, our food did not take long to arrive. Just be patient with the staff as they are trying to accommodate everyone seeing as it’s not a big place , but over all I loved it.

Made a reservation online and spoke to someone over the phone to confirm reservation and arrived with no open tables to sit. Upon arriving, there is no host standing in the front. We waited over an hour and meanwhile more than 10 people had reservations and were not on the list. Drove an hour away to check out this place and do not recommend. No manager was on site or available to speak to over the phone. Everyone is waiting to get seated and it didn’t seem like there was enough staff

Food was great, but the service was not so great. I had put in a reservation and when I got there they seemed lost. Guava margarita was not great . The food is over priced for little portion. And you have to pay for parking $10 I don’t understand why ? Overall they have potential but there service and bartender wasn’t so great. Food took over 1 hour to arrive and they send plates a different times so we didn’t eat all at the same time.

The ambiance was good. The wait times are horrible even with a reservation. Waited over an hour and then our food took over an hour to arrive. Drinks are overpriced and watered down. Overall, the place is Very unorganized. The place does have potential but it seams as though the waiter/hostess does not know what is going on. Even to get drinks at the bar took a long time. Would not recommend.

The scenery and the place is beautiful. Horse was gorgeous.. the smell of the food was great. The dining area is beautiful, if you’re into nature and outdoor dining. Just visually appealing. But the service was all the way bad. We had to ask for our drinks about 5 times. They brought us the wrong drinks. We had to remind them of our appetizer (guacamole) I want to say it was really good but we had been seated for about an hour and a half when we finally got our drinks and appetizer, so we were starving by then. (We traveled so we were very much hungry) we explained our order situation to our waiter he clearly did not care. We kept asking how long the food was going to take with no clear answer from our waiter. So we asked a waitress for help. She seemed overwhelmed, embarrassed , & kept telling us she would get our waiter over. When he finally did come back his attitude was at 100. So after about 2 hours of waiting we finally decided to leave. We paid $250 for a flight of margaritas (3flavors which were just horrible) ,4 shots, the guacamole, and 6 beers. They tried charging us a gratuity with that but we said no thank you. We didn’t mind paying for the parking until after the fact of our troubles. It is a beautiful place with potential, I would suggest as soon as you get there to place your orders! Then walk around. So by the time you take your family pics and enjoy the scene/horses you can sit down and eat. Don’t expect to get your appetizer and drinks like at any other restaurant. They will not get there. Maybe take a water bottle with you especially if you take your children. There was one waiter wearing a black shirt he was the only one with happy customers. I would suggest you look out to be waited on by him. He was on it. Everyone else looked completely lost , inexperienced, & just rude considering what we expect as consumers to get as far as customer service goes. Lots of angry people walking out .. hope they get it right. The potential is there.

A beautiful place to try. Food was excellent,service on the other hand…. The staff were overwhelmed. Not use to big crowds but very nice, apologetic and understanding of our frustration. Took an hour and a half to be seated so after an hour of waiting we decided to get some drinks at the bar ( bad idea ). There was like 6 people in front of us in line and it took half an hour to get to the front of the line and get drinks. When we got our drinks we finally got a table. Then 30 minutes after getting a table i asked a lady if she can take our order and she said she would send us our waitress. Food arrived like someone else mentioned in their reviews at different times. It was 5 of us. Food was delicious and huge portions which made up for the wait.
