Every time there’s an issue at Papa John’s between this location and one on Valle Verde. They either put the wrong sauce with breadsticks, the pizzas are thin, barely any crust, overcooked, etc. I ordered pickup earlier this week at Horizon location and I don’t know who they have cooking, but my breadsticks half sized (some looked like witch fingers) and half of them were hard like a pretzel. Maybe it’s time to just stick with Dominoes.

This place was by far the worst papa John’s I’ve been to. I got an epic stuff crust pizza and the pizza was thinner then the cheese on it. Whoever made the pizza doesn’t know what they are doing. I’ve been to other papa John’s and the pizzas have been good, but this place is not.

The delivery guy brought all the order. However I ordered 4 of the doritos papadia, and just got regular papadias with random tomatoes. All in all I spent over $90 for pizza and papadias and was overall disappointed.

Ordered online pickup. Got there after the app said my order was ready. Pressed the button saying I was there and literally parked right in front on the entrance. Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to bring out my order but nobody came out. I could see my order sitting on the rack so I just walked inside and got the attention of the kid making the pizzas as he was the only person up front. He asked my name, told me someone would help me soon, the proceeded to fiddle with his phone to change whatever music he had playing in his ears, then very slowly and lazily start work on some pizzas instead of helping me, which would have taken two seconds of his time. I look in the back and see a girl in the back moving something with the delivery guy so I wave to get her attention. She sees me and asked if I was picking up. I said yes and told her my name and pointed at my pizzas. She gave them to me and I left. I could not believe how long it took just to get my pizza. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Horrible customer service.

I haven’t tried PaPa John’s pizza for quite a while. I am deeply disappointed. I just spent 51.00 plus 20.90 for a tip on flavored bread. These people should be ashamed to serve this to anyone and represent it as pizza. Sauce non existent. Cheese only there cause I got some mozzarella from my fringe and added it . I thought little Ceasars sucked but yall take the cake for worst pizza.

I ordered chicken bacon ranch and received it with pizza sauce supposed to come with ranch sauce. Called the store and they said they are going to send another one. This store needs to get orders right. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered this. I will order from another store in the future. Been over an hour and still don’t have my order. They need better management.

If it were a Friday or a Saturday night I could understand being busy and continuing to use covid-19 as an excuse for why you can’t get the job done is getting tiresome. I have tried on many occasions to give them another chance to provide better service I feel that an estimate of 45 minutes to an hour for a delivery that turns into 2 hours is just unacceptable. Ultimately you wind up with cold pizza delivered by a second hand company that doesn’t care about anything to do with quality of the product only profit.
