We’ve been ordering from this location for almost 5 years. It’s always super consistent on quality. The pizza is always fresh, nice and cheesy and the sauce is always excellent. I know it’s kind of “cheap” pizza, but the employees running this location clearly care about the quality. We’ve gone to other little Caesars locations and it’s not as good, and even some of the more expensive pizza places aren’t as consistent as this location. Also, the Italian cheesy bread is some of the best cheesy bread around. Don’t sleep on it. We also like how the pizza and cheesy bread aren’t greasy, and the people working there are always really nice when I do go in to order. We mostly order delivery and it’s always hot and fresh even then.

Ok so what took a star off for me is the fact that this company has a new pretzel pizza (it’s excellent if made right), but when asked is it good? Have you tried it? I was told by the cashier that he “doesn’t eat this stuff”. Now I get it you might not but how do you sell someone something you don’t eat yourself, that’s what the fast food industry is about. The food is fresh I’ll give them that but they can’t get your order right to save their lives. And not to mention being a stickler to regular customers about a simple cup of ranch. Come on seriously?!?! Customer service is a big thing and this place doesn’t love the business. They just want your money.

This store, as most stores in Buckeye plaza is own by Indians. They have raised prices and have poor communication and customer service skills. Their presence in this community does not help the community and are only fleecing this community for their own personal gain. Stores with Inflated prices and poor service to the community should be BURNED-OUT!

The pizza was good, I walked an complete hour (don’t have a car or bike and I was really hungry) for some pizza and when I got there the cashier was very polite, he didn’t stop smiling unless it was to talk, and I got 2 hot and ready pizzas for only $11, it would probably be a 5 star rating if they answered the phone

It took 10 minutes to get a Hot and Ready. They took my money in advance of them telling me they were out and making more pizzas, and then proceeded to hand 2 walk in customers Hot and Raady Pizzas. When my order was ready they said I didn’t give them enough money and I had ro go back to my car to get 42 cents.
