I have so many complaints about the recent three orders. Usually, it takes several minutes to find someone who can help you just pass your pickup order from the shelf. Today, my pizza looks too weird to eat. The chicken and pineapple seem haven’t been baked at all! They must be placed after the pizza is finished. Chicken is cold!!!! Never gonna order in this store again.

If you have Lisa as a delivery driver, CANCEL your order. She doesn’t know how to take simple directions and on top of that she has the nerve to call you rude when you’re frustated in not getting your order. I was a frequent client and never had any issues in getting my order at my door, but thanks to Lisa, Dominos lost me for good!

Our pizza was an hour later after it was suppose to be complete. When arriving at the window a gentleman asked for our name and he did not see the order then left and went to do a delivery and never came back. The next lady that came to the window she asked our name and just said we are backed up and it will be another hour after already waiting an hour. Her response was “there is nothing I can do” and slams the window. No sorry, no explanation nothing.

I used to rate this place as excellent, but things have changed for the worse since the new manager took over. The customer service is now incredibly poor and downright nasty. I asked to speak to the manager, and it turns out he’s the one treating people this way. I’m disappointed—this used to be my favorite spot for pizza. Never going back.

Ordered online. It was topped with chicken, bacon, onion, tomato, and spinach. When we came home and checked the pizza, it has only 5 pieces of spinach. I called the store and told them about the 5 pieces of spinach and the employee got very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. No more order from Domino’s !!
