Shang Hai has the best Chinese food in town. We moved to the north side and will happily drive across town foregoing all the closer restaurants for their Pineapple Fried Rice! Today we had Pineapple Chicken with Jalapeño and Orange Beef. We’ve never had a bad meal at Shang Hai.

Delivery has always been at least 20-30min early consistently. Might be because of traffic at times but idk. Food arrived hot and delicious, steamingly fresh even. Definitely one of my favorite places to order food from without a doubt. If you’re looking for a taste of traditional cuisine as well as other scrumptious dishes, look no further. Can’t say much about dine in honestly but it seemed pretty accommodating from what I could see. Overall, they’ve got a long term delivery customer as long as they’re open and stick to the recipes they’ve been using. 10/10. Fantastic!

Shang Hai is our go to Chinese restaurant for delivery. Though we have never been to the location itself, I can imagine it is delightful! The deliveries and dishes have been extremely consistent which is amazing and why I decided to write a review. Our food always comes hot, on time if not early, and their in house delivery drivers are super friendly and courteous. If you want well balanced dishes, great service, and reasonable prices I would highly recommend Shang Hai!

This used to be the place we could count on.. but the last 2 times we had delivery.. the food was mixed up or not even in our order. We tried one more time tonight.. thinking it was a Covid thing.. both entrees we ordered spicy.. were not .. and actually too sweet. The “crab rangoons” are like cheese wontons.. don’t bother with them. They forgot our spring rolls. I called them and they over explained and pretty much denied our complaints. I asked if we could get the spring rolls since they charged us for them.. but she said they didn’t have another driver. Sorry to say.. we are done with them now.

Last two deliveries have been disappointing ! Forgot rice & wontons. Chicken low mein had no veggies & very little chicken . Used to order every two weeks but won’t be ordering anymore . Sad, it used to be the best Chinese in town.

Me and my friend ordered Food it came within 30-40 minutes of placing order but food was cold and dry as of it was sitting all day! Ribs are absolutely disgusting and hard a fork didn’t even poke through. I spent $50 and my card got was ran through twice! I called for a refund or some kind of compensation and was offered $5. Very unprofessional all you can hear is everyone yelling and arguing while on the phone with me with every excuse not to issue any credit. I didn’t expect a full refund but at least half or partial. I don’t have my car at the moment and they said for a refund they’d accept the food back days later or anytime. I never heard any restaurant say that before! probably to serve to someone else .
