Worst service ever. 37 minutes to place my order. 48 before I got my food. The whole time I thought, these guys know what they’re doing this line will start moving faster any minute. The joke’s on me. Definitely not worth the wait. There are a lot of burgers out, many better.

This was at the In-N-Out Burger in Palmdale California I ordered a double double with grilled onions Fry’s light and one extra double double with Chili’s and regular onions the person that took my order read it back to me and when I got home with the order I had two double-doubles with regular onions and the french fries tasted like potato chips far cry from Fry’s light normally the burgers are awesome and the fries light or just as awesome but not this time

Always love stopping at In-N-Out Burger when we are on the west coast. Fresh potatoes cut into French fries, good shakes, tasty burgers along with paper hats and a fast and fun atmosphere. There’s always a line but it moves quickly.

Love the cheeseburger add raw and grilled onion and animal fry. Have heard the manager Mike is kinda rude to certain employees (not his favorites) literally got brought up in my business class at Antelope Valley College. So it’s very well known. He should treat all employees with kindness and not just his favorites. Food is good, management could be looked at.

Always good chow and happy workers. You can tell Management is competent and staff is paid well. Always super busy and that is a reflection of the great food and service. Burgers have gotten smaller and prices have gotten bigger, but that’s hyper inflation caused by the government, not In-N-Out’s fault.
