If I could give this KFC a negative 0 stars, I would. First of all, they overcharged me for their managers special and secondly our family sized sides weren’t family sized at all-literally! Like, who doesn’t fill up the bowl for family sized sides?????? I believed they were irritated when I questioned them about the price! But hey, I paid over $37 dollars for a meal, so it should have been right! Some Fast food places these days truly suck and this place is one of them! It was very clean in there though!

After my order was taken in drive-thru and I paid I was instructed to park and wait. After 10 minutes passed someone came out and said that they didn’t have what I ordered. I feel I should’ve been told when ordering. I get out the car and go inside only to watch the manager and another customer go at each other. I then was told to complete my order would be another 20 mins. We finally made some substitutions.

If I can give them 0 stars I would.We got cold hard dry chicken. We were on this side visiting family and got food then drove home. As soon as I opened the bucket you can tell it was old as **** the rest of the food was fine but that. We called and then the a worker answered and said it was fresh and that if we can go and get new chicken after we explained we didnt live on that side of town. So we asked for a manager , the manager was rude and no help at all. Managers name was “Monique”.
