I went in late morning but before the lunch rush. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Ordered to go and figured everything would be fresh. Ordered a full rack. About half of the rack was fresh, and the other half seemed like it was warmed over from yesterday. It’s a little disappointing! The ribs were good, but I expected freshly cooked ones, not half and half. I doubt they would have done that if I was dining in!

A horrible organization. We ordered food on 4th of July. I’m terminal so it was my last 4th of July BBQ. They were supposed to be open 2 more hours. They took my order and money and wjen we got there the doors were locked! So, with my $40 tied up that they already took, my husband and I didn’t get our last 4th of July BBQ together. Heartbreaking! Now, I have to wait 48 more hours for refund, all because staff was ready to go home. I’ll choose Juicy Pig or Rudy’s or anywhere else! Poor poor business!

It’s hard to go wrong with BBQ, and this Dickey’s is no exception. I got the Wednesday daily deal which was a BBQ sandwich with pulled pork and sausage, 2 sides, and a drink for only 8.99. Amazing price for the amount of high quality food. The sand which was incredibly filling and the meats were fresh. The sides (I got Mac-n-cheese and coleslaw) were nice and creamy. The BBQ sauces were good, but nothing to ride home about. The decor was classic Southern BBQ and the staff was polite. Great experience overall Also, they have free ice cream and cones! I didn’t even have to pay for dessert.

32 minute wait for a delivery pick up. Even the customers and a delivery driver that placed orders after I arrived received their orders before me. The delivery was supposed to be 25 minutes it took 48 minutes.

I thought it was just horrible. They are upcharging if you get brisket in which I did and my sandwich was more than half fat. When I told the young lady that if they are going to upcharge I should have actual meat not fat. She just looked at it and me and said nothing. I am appalled that it was not fixed to a standard better than this. Keep in mind I had the little hoagie so that about a three inch bun and the photo included will show just how much fat was on that small sandwich. Upcharged to chew fat. Gross.
