Super convenient location attached to the truck stop. The ladies working were nice and worked to make the drinks quickly. The store had a nice vibe with relaxing decor to help take the edge off if you’ve been driving all day.

The coffee was great; however, the customer service needs some serious work. I went in on my birthday and asked if I got it free. They said I needed a loyalty card so I asked what that was and if they could explain it to me. They said I needed a physical card or the app, and I said I had the app and no one showed me how to get access to the card. I ended up paying in full for coffee on my birthday because no one helped me. Good coffee and setting, customer service could use a little bit of work.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had! Didn’t add cream to either of our Americanos like we ordered and then poured some of our drinks out to make room after ignoring me at the counter for several minutes. I’m not that picky… it’s a simple drink..

Finding a Starbucks at this intersection itself could easily have been an oasis itself. The employees seemed worn off with the constant business. The store was spacious, and clean. The wait times were not that bad.
