85% of the employees that work there should go through some sort of customer service training. They are incredibly rude and have zero communication skills with the customers. They could at least put on a smile and pretend that they care for a few minutes. Other than that, the food is OK.

I stop here every Sunday after church. Slow service every time. No smiles on employees faces. Then we were handed half full polar swirls. Employee stated he won’t fill them because he doesn’t want to make a mess. Isn’t that why they use the sleeves? One star because the ice cream IS good!

I ordered a medium root beer float for my wife an a large strawberry shake for me. The shake had n ok w milk it was just ice cream and the float was a large with minuscule root beer. It was about 4 PM Saturday July 12th a poorly trained short dark haired young lady was the prep person.

If I could give zero Stars I would I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon extra pickles ketchup and mustard how hard is that to screw up … I also ordered a hotdog with ketchup and mustard I got a hot dog and no ketchup or mustard their soda machine was broken there was no carbonation we asked several times for somebody to go back there look at it and try to fix it multiple people repeatedly ignored us and decided it wasn’t their problem the place looks nice from the outside but that’s the only positive experience I had here
