Taco Casa is so much better than the Bell place. Here, you actually get beef and cheese in your taco. The burritos are double the size of those at the Bell. The prices are competitive. The only real problem is that the place is understaffed. This causes problems for the employees. The same old scenario, owners make the big bucks with the attitude of work the employees to death (they won’t stay anyway. Hmmm, I wonder why ?

My wife loves Taco Casa, we were visiting our son at A&M and stopped by as usual because we don’t have one anywhere near us. The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and nice. However, that’s where the good experience ended. There was a worker eating food on the counter in the kitchen. All the drinks had nearly zero syrup or flavor. The Super Tacos has extremely stale shells as did the chips we got for a side. When you spend nearly $30 for “fast” food it’s very disappointing when the basics aren’t even good.

Ordered 2 gallons of sweet tea and food. I was told that it would be a few minutes for them to brew it, so instead of me holding the drive thru line up I decided to park and go inside to get the tea. The young girl at the register had to tip the container of sweet tea to fill the bags and it was so bitter. It was not freshly brewed. Normally I love their sweet tea, but this time it was horrible! Please do better & don’t tell your customers your going to brew fresh tea and then EMPTY the old containers rather than making fresh tea.

Was expecting Taco Bell-esque style and flavor (and let’s be honest, quality). Nachos tasted like they were from a high school football game concession stand and the burrito from the frozen section of the grocery store. Friendly staff, pretty good sweet tea too.

Had a really awkward interaction with the person taking my order. The cashier said nothing to me not even hello, what can I get for you, which is a typical greeting for fast food restaurants. I had the feeling they didn’t want me there. Probably will not come back

I’ve always loved Taco Casa and stopped at this location on a road trip. The lobby was super clean and the staff was extra friendly!!! We ordered multiple items and our order came out quick and correct. Always love how the tacos are full and put Taco Bell to shame. Our receipt says our host was Joshua. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

Pepe’s on South College changed their recipe for their beef burritos. Taco Casa come very close to that old taste I remember.
