Amazing. This chicken was so good. Husband and I got 2 6 wings, mild sauce, salt, and pepper. Food was still hot when he brought it home. Nice sized wings, crispy. Great amount of fries and sauce. Would highly recommend. Also great customer service. Very polite.

Tried to call was advise that they they don’t take orders over the phone. Tried to order through Grubhub it said no delivery. Tried to switch to pick up got notification no online orders at that time. I am working on a 30 minute lunch and I need time to get there and get back. I go and ask how long will it take the cook was upset stating “I don’t like to be rushed” but said 20 minutes. I mean I got old chicken and old fries. What did I wait over 20 minutes for? Nasty service and nasty food. When we try to support certain businesses this is unacceptable.

Really love this place. Order here often. Just really wish they kept the rib tips on the menu everyday. But when they do have them it’s a real treat. But Bae Bay dip that dinner roll in the sauce whew it’s AMAZING. Overall great chicken. Never seems to disappoint!! Glad they came to the suburbs to bless the land.

Imma give ‘em 2 stars because they sauce is good! But giving ppl chicken wings with feathers still on it shows they do not throughly clean they chicken and that turns my stomach. I get it it’s a FAST food restaurant. But how about you prep( clean ) the chicken the night before. Like actually soak it in lemon and water/vinegar and pull them feathers out! This why I fry my own chicken. I know it’s clean.

The food is good but the service is terrible. I was told they experienced a lot of theft so that’s why they put me through so much to verify my order I paid for online. I mentioned I was in a rush the cashier moved even slower and ended my experience with… “You don’t have to come back”. My reply was just as nasty and I promised me and mines will never spend another dime in that ratchet place.

Every time I come to this restaurant the owner or th cashier treat me like I stole from them . The owner Ms Rickette’s that someone stole $1000.00 worth of food from them and she need to make sure it never happened again, understood. What I’m confused about is why you looking at me and telling me about randomly like it was me and pointing at the camera saying yeah we got got your face on camera. Very dissapointed. I order from here on mother’s day because I had their fish from someone else last year on Thanksgiving. Drove 30 min to get it and they gave us NO MILD SAUCE. 20 PIECES OF FISH AMD FRIES AND NO SAUCE. Very dissapointed.
