Spent the day antiquing in st Joseph Missouri and found this great Irish pub for lunch. Easy to find , right on the main drag with plenty of street parking as well as a back parking lot. Fast and friendly service. There was a decent sized crowd for a Sunday. I enjoyed a cheese burger while my friend had a BLT without the bacon. My buddy is a vegetarian and never has any trouble finding something to eat no matter where we go! Hi ho has a vegetable pizza on the menu that sounds good as well as salads. The house made chips were excellent actually much better than the French fries. I will return to try their Rubin soon .

Went for Trivia Bowl. It was crowded. Yet our waitress was Johnny on the spot whenever we needed anything! Food is good, drinks great, prices not bad. The staff makes sure everyone is satisfied!

Seems like one of the busier local watering holes. Being on the road quite a bit of the time, I try to find the bars where everyone looks at me funny when I walk in. And this place lived up to that. I tried striking up conversations with 2 of the bar tenders and neither one of them wanted anything to do with me. I enjoyed all the TVs to watch the football game, but they weren’t to much for small talk.

Our first visit and we really enjoyed the food. We tried the tenderloin sandwiches. I had the original and my husband tried the 3 meat. Both were flavorful and large. The homemade chips were the best I’ve ever had. Not burnt like some I’ve had at other places.
