I came in for a quick bite after a long workout. I was treated very kindly by a cheerful staff. I needed protein so I got a barbacoa bowl. It was delicious and the portions are huge . It’s been a hard week for me, and I am so grateful to be welcomed into a space; to have a meal that is delicious, and a cheerful Austrian Mate to do the job.

This was not a great visit but I’m not going to give below 4 stars because I know they just opened and are working out kinks. The portion size was the biggest issue. I am a Chipotle fan and have been to many of their locations. The portion size was half the size of what I usually get. I will definitely give it another shot.

5/28/23 6:22 PM. The guy helping us (I didn’t get his name) was really great! He made us feel welcome and made sure that we had everything we needed. That was very refreshing. We will be coming back soon. And the food was delicious of course.

First and last time going to this place. It looked like it had not been cleaned since they opened. Floors were filthy, tables not wiped off, dried drink spills at the drink station sticky with spilt drinks. Food all over the counter not contained in their designated pans. Employees with lazy attitudes. Will not go back .

This location is either getting sabotaged or there is a severe lack of customer service purposely. Such a disappointment. I’ve never had bad experiences with Chipotle until purchasing from the Woodstock hwy 92 location. My burrito bowl was missing 3 of the toppings. Like, maybe 1 but 3? C’mon. And this has happened before, but guess what I’m done with this location. I’ll redirect to the Towne lake location.

My husband ordered a salad bowl and found this in it. Tried calling the restaurant and couldn’t even get anyone to answer. I couldn’t eat the guacamole o ordered on the side because it had shreds of cheese in it and I’m allergic to dairy. Cross contamination for allergies doesn’t seem high on their list. Never found a silica packet in food before. Just gross. Makes you wonder what else is their food.

Picked up our order for takeout today. It was ready a little faster than the app said, with great portions in our burrito bowl and quesadilla. Lady at the register was very nice giving my bag when it was ready. Would recommend!
