I just want to say that I have been working here since December and it was supposed to be just a part-time gig for something to do during retirement but I have grown to really like the crew and management especially Vanessa, I can’t believe how much she has on her plate and is still able to do such an awesome job running that restaurant she works 40 plus hours a week and goes above and beyond for her employees if they need a day off or have something going on at home. If nobody can help cover she will do it herself which I’ve seen her do time and time again not to mention the customers who she also goes above and beyond to make sure that they are taken care of properly and correctly. Everything is on point with the food. She makes sure it’s all prepared correctly and safely. There’s just not enough. I can say about how well she does her job. I normally don’t do this review thing, but considering the respect I receive at this place compared to any other place I’ve worked, that’s exactly what I’m going to do is leave a review so that everyone knows just how great this team is. Shout out to Marissa and Kiara because they are badasses as well. Just saying ! happy to be part of this team and I never would have guessed that I would enjoy working in a place like this until I actually tried it

It was a struggle to figure out which place was going to deliver my order the closest place on the website said it didn’t deliver so ordered from a different place called them and they transferred me to the other store they said no the other store has your order and I can’t cancel it or do anything until they cancel that order. Called the original store and they finally found my order and said they would deliver it. When I got my order the delivery driver did not bring forks or napkins knowing it was a motel he was delivering to so I had to get in my car and go find silverware. Not very happy with website both stores or the delivery guy. Maybe update the website some and a little more training of employees would help. Stressful order and employees not paying attention or just not caring is why I rated this so low.

If I could I wouldn’t even want to give a one star, they don’t deserve it !!! I went to pick up my pizza and they couldn’t break my change! I was asked to go ask the other stores at the plaza and unfortunately NONE of the stores could give me change. I went back into Pizza Hut and told the girl at the front counter and she she said she couldn’t take my money because I would leave her without change for the evening. It’s not your customer fault you choose not to keep enough change for a weekend I left with no pizza because she neglected to the big bill! I recommend you guys go to the pioneer way Pizza Hut in Moses lake better customer service and can take big bills without a problem !!!!!

Well, I didn’t get a pizza because I waited over an hour to an hour and a half and no pizza. Called from the hotel and they said driver came to my room. If so, they didn’t come through the lobby. Then they said, driver spoke with the front desk person. I asked while still on the phone. Front desk said no one had spoken to her about a pizza delivery. Then they said they tried to call the number I gave her. She said I gave a phone number one digit off. No, she repeated my number back to me correctly on the first call. They did offer to refund my money. But there I sat, no food, no wheels to get food. Not a stellar moment. Someone is fibbing. The front desk will back me up. Also I instructed the order taker that I would be in the lobby. For my safety as well as there’s. Massive unmitigated fail!

First time ordering from this location. Good pizza, the wings I have ordered were a little under sauced. Not much covered, some might like their wings like that. For me I like them drenched in sauce. Other than that pretty good place.

I did not realize there are two Pizza Huts in Moses Lake. I went to the “other” one and waited and waited and waited. Someone came out to my car and asked if I had ordered and what was my name. They never returned to ask anything or to suggest that I might be at the wrong location. 15-20 minutes later I phoned and realized what the issue was. My fault, but even that Pizza Hut location could not find my order. It was a comedy of errors, but not very funny. By the time I got home my food was cold, of course.

I ordered a custom pizza with Buffalo sauce stingy with the sauce they gave me the sauce in a cup instead of on the pizza, I ordered it with extra chicken and they berly put some on , the wings were horrible stingy with the sauce they always mess up your order horrible experience might as well go to lil ceasers acceso the parking lot

Pleased with the delivery service. No happy receiving a burnt pizza. Credit was provided, but pizza delivered was not what I ordered. Purchased two identical pizzas, one had plenty of pepperoni, the other had 6. Think someone was dyslexic.

Ordered a Pizza online, drover over there to pick it up. 1 other customer was in the store when I showed up. The female behind the counter had her mask on her chin, another male who was assisting her had their mask under their nose. IMO perfectly reasonable considering how much masks limit O2 transfer.
