Loved the new grilled tomato pesto sandwich and the mango pineapple refresher drink was good in the beginning but later on it got diluted with water as ice melted even though I had less ice. You gotta drink it quick, to get the full favor till the last sip, I guess.

I’ve gone here four days in a row and four days in a row. They’ve got in my coffee wrong. You have to be stupid to get coffee wrong. Milk and sugar in a coffee is not hard to comprehend. You have to be stupid to get that wrong. You should not be working at Dunkin and that’s probably the easiest job in the entire world.

Very rude staff. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes when a staff member finally walked by I asked if anyone was working the counter. I was given the once over look and told we are busy. There seemed to be 4 people waiting on the drive through. I think they need customer service training.

Waited 30 mins for 2 orders of hash browns. I got 1 order I’m running late and no-one could give me my money back took my receipt they put it in a ball and threw it out. After I have been here 45 mins. I will never come to this Dunkin again.

This location was great until about a month ago. Everyday there’s something wrong with my order recently. That’s not a big deal but the last 2 mornings I have come I was served yesterday’s bagel. It should be fresh at 6am or 8am. If I go in the afternoon I completely understand if my bagel is hard. But in the morning it should be fresh. These taste way past their 10 hour shelf life. Very disappointed
