I’ve never been so underwhelmed and disappointed… I’m not sure if they’ve switched ownership or if staff is just not up to par but the past 2 times I’ve been in for a burger it has been half-a**ed. staff looks unhappy and was rude, my buns were grilled for only about a millisecond making the finished product a soggy condiment mess, and my burger was bland and unseasoned. The burger was such a disaster at the end that neither me or my friend could eat the, frankly, wet burger. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed I chose to spend my money there… Five Guys used to be my favorite burger place around, I used to consider then #1…now I will not be back.

Love Five Guys. They are one of my go to burger places. These guys have an amazing French fry and always give you a huge amount of them I never order bigger than a small one unless I am sharing. I never go away hungry and I can eat. Love the burger and how you pick exactly what is one it. Cause they don’t put anything on it you don’t say. I always eat it on site not to go. They wrap the burger in foil so the heat from the patty melts the cheese but that can make the bun a little soggy if you take it to go.

Great experience. Staff was wonderful. They forgot the bacon on my burger and offered to make me a brand new one. I said that they could just give me the bacon and I could add it to the burger I had. They gave me extra too make up for it.

I tried Fives Guys in Brooklyn over 10 years and really enjoyed their burgers fries. This visit was so disappointing. The person taking care order must have been having one of those days. I felt like it was an imposition to take my order. Though I was there at noon, it was not crowded. I walked straight up to the counter. Burger was lackluster. Probably needed salt. Bun is not toasted so I would ask them to do that. Fries although plentiful were again just warm and slightly undercooked. They have a hugh following and lots of praise but I don’t get it. if you like them, well cool beans for you. I’ll stick with my In-n-Out in Keizer and save $5.00 for the same meal as well.

I guess I’m not Willy Wanka, because I can’t figure out how to order in this place. Can I get a cheeseburger combo is a totally foreign language here. The burgers, when you finally get past the random multiple choice exam to order are pretty sloppy and greasy, but man do those flavors pop. These guys go nuts with their fries, that are also tasty, but even if you order a small, half of them end up in the trash if you’re not a competitive eater. The food is really good, but sloppy and wasteful. I eat here once every couple of months, and that’s enough for me.
