My daugther loves this place, so gave it a chance and visited today and after a few minutes I realized, when you come to Vanessa’s, you need time, just relax and be patient and enjoy. You can’t be in a rush because you will get frustrated!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vanessa’s Coffee Shop in Lake Nona and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! The coffee here is simply amazing – not only is it delicious, but the creative presentation made it even more enjoyable. I loved the innovative ordering process using the kiosk – it was cool to see a coffee shop integrating technology in such a fun and interactive way.

Wanted to eat breakfast somewhere other than the normal spots. Off of canoe creek and old canoe creek, bc why name it a different road name, is a great cafe. My daughter loves it as soon as we walked in, wanted to work there lol, she is 11. Go and try it out, you will enjoy the ambiance and decor as well as the excellent food.

Love the atmosphere of this place. Food was great, a little over pricey. You order though an app, you can’t adjust the price even though you choose not to select certain food, still get charge even though you select the food you don’t want just because the prices are set. You should be able to select what you only want. Also you get charge extra if you add on. Aside from that the food and place was great.

Today is my daughter’s birthday and I thought I would bring her to Vanessa’s for breakfast since I love this place! But today was less than what I expected! The Classic French toasts was burn to the bottom and less presentable! Bacon was burned! After addressing the issue, the Chef Manager came back out and said he is replacing ONLY 1 toast and bacon! Left the food sitting on counter- I addressed it with the young lady who took our order, she said, I should have taken it to the table while it was there, I was explaining what he said m, but didn’t know to take it with me; and she walked away with the plate while I was speaking, I waited till she came back and told her she was rude, she apologized and just disregarded what I was saying and said I will refund you, and the Chef said he will not redo!!! one of the Parties was left without breakfast!!! This was an unexpected attitude, the owners where not there- I am truly sorry, because this was a place that I recommended to everyone that visited or family and friends! Young lady, on the cash morning of 3/28/23, you need a customer service training when dealing with food and services! I traveled the world, and have never experienced this shuffling of food before with an attitude!!! Is inexcusable and unacceptable!
