Great breakfast just a bit on the pricey side, everything is priced separately, no plate price. For instance at most places usually you can get a biscuit and gravy, eggs and choice of meat for a certain price around $5, you can make you that plate there for around 8-9$

My boyfriend and I drove 45 minutes to Copper Mine Grill. I must say the drive was well worth the drive. I must say that was the best hamburger I have ever ate. We had about a 45 minute wait because of a glitch in the computer/printer but we didn’t really mind the wait after we tasted the hamburger. We never complained or evening mentioned the long wait. When we went to pay the bill the cashier automatically took 25% off our ticket. That is a perfect example of a good place to eat.

She had had grilled cajun catfish, broccoli, mac and cheese, and texas toast. He had friend Cajun catfish, fries, mac and cheese, and texas toast. It all tasted amazing. The fries were the best fries she has ever had. The food came out of the kitchen very quickly. Do your taste buds a favor and drop by!

I can only speak to their breakfast as thats all I’ve had here but if you KNOW West Jefferson then you know how hard it is to find a truly great place to eat. This is absolutely one of those great places. Having moved here from a big city we were spoiled by all the cheap great tasting food places and found it very hard to find here in West Jefferson, this place has given me hope. Their meat lovers omelette is absolutely legit, they have salsa on demand as well which is just the cherry on top. The biscuits are amazing as well, crispy outside and a smooth inside. Daily special is just over $5 and just about every breakfast meal was under $6. Highly recommended.
