This store has zero sense of urgency. There were six staff members working and no one touched the delivery order until I arrived. No one greeted me at the counter either nor did they check what order I was there to pick up. I definitely do not recommend this location at all.

Service was very poor. No eye contact. Did not speak up. All tables were filthy except we did find one clean. Fountain station was a mess. Pop spilled all over. No napkins in the holder. Had to ask for a fork and butter and honey. Took a while to get someone to acknowledge us when we went to ask. They were too busy griping about not ever getting a break, however they spent mote time laughing and talking, ignoring the needs of customers and the the lobby that was in dire need of cleaning. Makes me wonder what the food prep area looks like and if it’s as dirty as the eating area!!

Not great. We had A&W. It wasn’t busy, but it’s strange, they dont serve you at the window. You order and pay then they want you to pull over to their main entrance to wait. You wait for about twice as long as you would for other places when they are busy. You get a cold buger that is in total disarray, and it’s quite expensive. Two BBQ bacon crunch burgers and onion rings was $23. Now we know. The onion rings were good. The servers were polite.

Absolutely awful service, went through drive through yesterday and ended up waiting 40 minutes and had to leave to return to work. I called and complained. I went back today to get the free meal that they were replacing. I went inside and waited a few minutes to be helped. She went up look for the note that was left for the replacement meal and stood there talking for 5+ minutes before getting my food. You can definitely tell that this location has no management.

Skip this KFC, It goes down hill the moment you hit the drive thru. The guy was rude and sounded like he could care less. Had to repeat myself a couple of times ordering. The chicken tenders ordered were dry and not flavorful. The 3 PC thighs were overly greaseie. The mash potatoes gravey was awful. I haven’t had KFC in awhile, and the I have to say the quality has definitely diminished. I won’t be back Colonel.

If you come to this restaurant, don’t bother with the drive-through they’re just gonna make you pull around and park and wait for 15 to 20 minutes anyways. I ordered my meal from the drive-through and pulled around to see five other cars with one person in them waiting for their orders.

Took forever to get anyone to wait on us…had to ask for the right food…then the drink they forgot…then silverware…food was ok…the part that got me was the girl who said someone will be with you in a few then wiped off tables then came back and waited on us. REALLY???
