Let’s Get It
Ordered a carry out meal and I get home to find out my food is completely wrong and I live in the next town over. My Sante fe skillet is only potato with a little meat mixed in, no onions or bell peppers like there is supposed to be. And my pancakes are plain and missing all the berries that I paid extra for. I hate being that person to leave a bad review but the food seriously looks horrible. The restaurant wasn’t even busy

We ordered the Scrambled eggs with cheddar, bacon/sausage and pancakes. A lady in street clothes, who I assumed was the on-site manager, brought our eggs and bacon and lukewarm sausage and said the pancakes weren’t ready yet. We finished our eggs, etc., still no pancakes. About 10 minutes later, our waitress brought the pancakes. I asked why the delay, she didn’t know and said “sorry about that “. (not her fault) I realize that businesses are struggling since covid, but there was 1 waitress, 1 cook, (as far as I know) myself, my wife and 6 other customers there. My guess is that the cook just forgot the pancakes. I’ve never been a big fan of Denny’s and this is IT! I won’t be back and will not suggest it to others.

Super bird had one tiny piece of turkey on them. Out of chicken strips for the kids so they just brought out whatever they want to do which was chocolate chip pancakes… Food came out cold. The waitress said the manager stepped out and they had two new cooks back there not knowing really what they were doing. Overall probably one of the worst experience we’ve all had at Denny’s. Very slow service because they only had one waitress.

I went on a Sunday afternoon it was busy. The food was excellent. The service was great considering our waitress had so many tables in her section. The atmosphere was busy, it was a bit loud. Overall it was a good experience. I will go back at some point.

Cheyenne was absolutely wonderful!!!!! Even amidst some rather unpleasant guests, who were unpleasant for no reason other than lack of patience. She kept smiling and being helpful and polite! It’s hard in customer service right now, if everyone could just be nicer to people and treat people with respect!

Should be no stars. Pancakes were dry no butter on them.. choc chips not in pancakes but were sprinkled on.. hard as a rock.
