Funny experience,I came here once before didn’t have an issue staff was kind and I was in and out,but today I came in and ordered some tacos I asked the girl who was putting the toppings on my taco nicely that I still wanted to add more stuff on my taco as she proceeds to keep wrapping it and just stares at me looking annoyed Lol then when she puts the hot sauce on she puts it all on one spot..so that’s great and I got charged for guac on all my tacos when I just got guacamole on one taco.

I’ve been coming to pick up food from this location for months & recently a new young woman was hired as the store location manager. She’s turned this location around which is visible & you can feel the difference when you walk in just in the cleanliness, courteousness, attention given & totally changed atmosphere compared to a few months ago. A few months ago they didn’t except phone calls & they are almost updated with that as it’s so obvious that this manager takes so much pride in her managerial position to make this location the best possible! Will be ordering more from Taco Joes with my entire staff locally.

Me and my cousin were greeted with a warm smile from the very moment we stepped in. The service from the workers to manager was topnotch quality, and the atmosphere was tranquil and inviting. The manager goes above and beyond to please her customers for total satisfaction. We each got chicken quesadillas which was perfectly cooked and tasty. You can tell the ingredients are freshly made, and if you can’t tell—then you have BAD taste buds…They have a variety of options that you can choose and customize from. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and service

Been meaning to check this place out for awhile and so glad I did. So many menu choices, something for even the most finicky eater in the family. Large portions at a very reasonable price served up assembly line style by a very friendly staff. Clean eating area and bathrooms. Highly recommend.

I have been a huge customer at the West Babylon location since it opened. The food was excellent, service was great and restaurant was always well taken care of. That was up until the manager of the store left. The quality of food went down, portions were less and employees were rude, never smiled and didn’t know what they were doing and Constantly were out of things.
