These bowls are really tasty and unique! I haven’t run into the flavors that often and I am so glad I tried them. I absolutely love that they offer different sizes and the smaller size of the mac daddy was more than enough food for one person and a very reasonable price. They even give you a side of garlic bread. The service was amazing and the cashier even let us try a small piece of something when we didn’t know what we wanted. Amazing lunch or dinner spot and cool atmosphere.

Service is good! Place has good vibes. Outdoor seating is cool during summer noon. I like this place just for its unique food serve style- that is the bread bowl. I ordered the farmers veggie sourdough bread bowl with jackfruit. It’s whole protein pack food. Side mint sauce give a good punch of flavor . One bread bowl was so full for one person.I did make it to go and had the left over on the same day evening, it tasted good.

Haven’t been here since this place was called Buddha Bowls — still a great place for lunch. Feels like the options are healthier now too. Good food, good customer service.

The bread for the bowls was really nice and the thing came with a good piece of garlic bread. The chicken I’m my hangover bowl was juicy and was in a really good lather of sauce and cheese. The bowls here are a groovy mix of all things you’re hungry for but no one cuisine offers in IV.

During a family weekend at UCSB, I brought both my girls here for lunch on the recommendation of my Gaucho. It’s a small local place in IV and it was perfect. Something for each of us. My oldest had their Mac Daddy, my youngest had a bowl of Mac and Cheese and I made my own.

I’ve gone to Buddha Bowls (I guess it’s Dank Bowl Kitchen now) every time I’ve been in IV and I’ve loved every bowls I’ve made/ordered. I love how they let you customize your bowls with different types of meat, veggies, breads, etc. This is a type of place you should go to with your friends!! It’s pretty small and busy most of the time. Definitely recommend visiting if you are in IV or Goleta.

Food was…. Dank. We split a build your own Mac daddy and we both agreed that it was solid. The bread was nice and toasty and the Mac was pretty tasty as well. A bit pricy for IV food but worth it if you split it between two people. Probably not enough food to split between two people who eat a lot though
